Messages that help

A message that names a figure, the page it is on and your comparison source is the easiest to check. Give the ticker and the date shown on the page.

Corrections

A figure shown to be wrong is corrected on its page, with the date of the correction. A figure that changes because the data was read again is not a correction: the read date under each table changes with it.

What cannot be answered

Personal investment advice, help with broker accounts and tips on what to buy or sell are outside what the desk does. Messages asking for them go unanswered.
